At Anycubic Store, we strive for 100% satisfaction with our precision-engineered 3D printers and electronics. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your product within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and detailed photos of the product and its original packaging to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack the printer and all included accessories into the original box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outer shipping label.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Send your package via a trackable shipping service to the address provided by our support team; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and functionality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
